BT Line faults can be costly if BT send an engineer and they find the fault lies either with internal wiring or with the equipment.
We therefore provide a fault diagnosis service on BT lines.
If the fault is BT Network side we will provide a report to be passed onto BT enabling them to fix, and if the fault is equipment related or customer wiring side we will repair at less than half the price of what BT charge.
